St. Michael’s Church
As a Church of England School, Two Village has a strong link with Saint Michael’s Church in Ramsey. Prior to her recent departure to another parish, Reverend Rosie Tallowin was a regular visitor to the school, leading worship fortnightly for the whole school. Although we currently do not have a vicar, during this interim period, we still receive support from the church through the curate.
With Saint Michael’s being just a short walk from our school, we are able to visit the church at least once every term for special services throughout the year. These include a Christmas Service, an Easter Service and a Leavers’ Service. Our children and staff very much look forward to these special times when we can gather together to worship in the church; they are a highlight of the year for many.
As Saint Michael’s is a relatively small church, it is difficult for the whole school community to worship as one within the church building. We are looking forward to exploring ways of involving all members of the school community within regular worship at Saint Michael’s for the coming year.
